One more reason to call Point Cook home

Point cook has just been approved of a new fresh food market which will sell a variety of locally grown vegetables, fruit, meat and the like. Starr Point Market will also have non-food items available, like clothing, homewares and crafts, with a total of 93 stalls.

The large site, spanning over 8000 square meters sits between Salt Water Reserve and the Point Cook RAAF base. The building itself will be powered by solar panels and battery storage and have an underground car park, as well as on-site glasshouses (for food growing and educational tours).

Once the final sign off is completed by Wyndham Vale Council the estimated completion date is set for Early 2021.
