Day 5: The Power of Holding Back

There’s a magic in finding that sweet spot during training—where you push yourself, but still have plenty left in the tank. Today, I felt that spark again. Strength is coming back, the love for training creeping back in, and that post-workout euphoria is back. I haven’t felt this in a long time, and honestly, it feels incredible.


For a while, I used to think progress only came from going all out, but I’ve started to realize the real power lies in knowing when to hold back. It’s not about pushing myself to the limit every time—it’s about the balance, the energy I leave in reserve.


There’s something powerful in keeping something in the tank, knowing there’s more to give tomorrow.
